Every artwork at My Wall Tales is made to order. We do not hold pre-printed inventory — your artwork is printed fresh after your payment is confirmed, ensuring the highest quality for every piece.
1. Free Pan-India Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders across India. There are no minimum order requirements, no hidden delivery charges, and no surcharges for remote locations. The price you see at checkout is the final price you pay.
2. Production Time
After your payment is confirmed, your order enters our production queue at our Jaipur studio. Production typically takes:
- Standard prints: 1–2 business days for printing, stretching, and quality inspection
- Framed prints: 2–3 business days due to the additional framing process
- Custom canvas prints: 2–4 business days after your design is approved
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays enter production on the next business day.
3. Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched from our studio, estimated delivery times are:
- Metro cities (Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2–4 business days
- Tier 2 & 3 cities: 3–5 business days
- Remote / rural locations: 5–7 business days
Total estimated delivery time (production + shipping) is typically 5–7 business days from the date of payment confirmation. You will receive a tracking link via email once your order is dispatched.
Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier capacity, local conditions, or public holidays.
4. Serviceable Locations
We ship to all PIN codes across India, including Jammu & Kashmir, Ladakh, the North-East states, Andaman & Nicobar Islands, and Lakshadweep. If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your area, please contact us before placing an order.
We do not currently offer international shipping. If you are based outside India and wish to place an order, please reach out to us directly at info@mywalltales.com.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
- Your tracking number and courier partner name
- A link to track your shipment in real time
- Estimated delivery date
If you do not receive a tracking email within 4 business days of your order confirmation, please check your spam/junk folder or contact us at info@mywalltales.com.
6. Packaging
We pack all artwork with exceptional care to ensure it arrives in perfect condition:
- Stretched canvas prints are wrapped in bubble wrap and placed in rigid cardboard boxes
- Framed prints include corner protectors and are sealed in protective film
- All boxes are labelled “Fragile — Handle With Care”
- For large formats (24 inches and above), we use double-walled cartons
7. Delays & Exceptions
Certain situations may cause delays beyond our control, including:
- Courier network disruptions or strikes
- Extreme weather events or natural disasters
- Peak seasons (Diwali, Christmas, New Year) — please allow an additional 2–3 days
- Incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout
- Failed delivery attempts due to recipient unavailability
If your order is significantly delayed beyond the estimated timeline, please contact us and we will investigate on your behalf.
8. Lost or Damaged Orders
In the rare event that your order is lost in transit or arrives damaged:
- Damaged on arrival: Please photograph the damaged packaging and artwork within 24 hours of delivery and email the photos to info@mywalltales.com. We will arrange a replacement at no charge.
- Lost in transit: If your tracking shows no movement for more than 7 business days, please contact us. We will file a claim with the courier and dispatch a replacement once the claim is resolved.
Please do not discard damaged packaging — we may need it for courier insurance claims.
